Back by popular demand, we are pleased to announce this year’s Studio Christmas Mini Sessions! This year we decided to go with a more Fine Art feel for the sessions. We will have two sets in which to photograph your family. The first is the Fine Art set with a green canvas backdrop and holiday decor. The other is a more whimsical ever-popular bedroom scene for the kids!

Sessions are 20 minutes and include 10 fully edited high resolution digital images delivered via download. These sessions are limited and will sell out quickly. Sessions will be held on the weekend of November 12th and November 20th.

Mini Session Guidelines

Sessions are for immediate family members only. Grandparents are included. If you have a large extended family, we recommend booking two sessions back to back so that we have enough time to photograph all the members of your family and various groupings.

Payment. Payment for all mini sessions are due in full upon booking. This year, we are using an online booking platform where you will be able to see all the types of sessions and dates and you will need to book directly through the platform. When you book, you will be able to review and sign our contract and receive a brief questionnaire.

Delivery of Images. Images will be delivered via download within 10 days of your session.

Clothing. We suggest seasonal clothing but you may wear whatever you wish. Given that sessions are only 20 minutes, there won’t be much time for outfit changes, but you are welcome to bring holiday sweaters that you can pop over your outfits. We also recommend bringing a set of matching PJs for the children for our bedroom scene. We’ve put together a few styling suggestions for your session

Clients should arrive 5 minutes early for their mini session. Due to the fact that each session is held on the half hour, we have a very short turn around time in between each session. If you are late for your session, it will cut into your shooting time and you may not receive all 10 images. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your session. We must be firm on this policy due to the quick nature of the mini sessions. We cannot delay clients or have clients backed up in our waiting area. Please arrive 5 minutes before your session, but no more than 10 minutes early.

Illness. If you or your family member is ill the day of your mini session, we ask that you reschedule. You may apply your fee to a future mini session.
